Throughout the 2025-26 school year, LCS staff have attempted to rectify growing disunity through the proper grievance channels. Staff has repeatedly asked leadership to communicate information to the association on our behalf.
Instead, Dr. Zajicek perpetuated misinformation and furthered the untrue narrative that the teachers and administrators you know do not align with the Mission of LCS.
